  • Implement and maintain company operational processes and best practices
  • Support production engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

Who are you?

  • Experienced in setting up and managing production sites within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in low-series or project-based production, preferably within marine, renewable energy, or advanced engineering industries
  • Skilled in supplier management, production planning, and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiar with working in China and navigating local industrial ecosystems
  • Experience from working within a global industrial company is highly valued.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in multicultural teams
  • Self-driven, structured, and communicative, with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Comfortable working in a start-up-style organization with high autonomy and responsibility
  • Preferably graduated in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, University level
  • Proficient in English

What do we offer?

  • The opportunity to build and lead a new manufacturing site from the ground up

The Oceanbird team

The Oceanbird team could be hundreds and even thousands of people. Without our partners, consultants, investors, parent companies and Oceanbird ambassadors, we would never have gotten this far.
However, they wouldn’t fit into one screen so here is the core team, and channels where to find them.
